Services

I offer psychotherapy and specialized counselling services to adults (18 years and older).  These sessions are offered in-person in my Toronto office as well as virtually through a secure telehealth platform.

All psychotherapy and counselling services begin with an initial assessment where we discuss the issues you want to work on and create a collaborative plan on how therapy and counselling can help to address these issues. If you are interested in how these services might help you, please use the contact form to inquire about more information.
